Anonymous usage analytics

Throneforge collects limited anonymous usage analytics to understand how the app is used and to keep it stable. This telemetry describes app and game interactions - things like which features are used, game session events, and crash or error signals.

It is not personal identity data. Telemetry does not include:

• Your email address or Apple ID
• Precise location
• Contacts
• Anything you type or create in the app
• Per-player identities - the app doesn't know who was sitting at your table

Support emails

If you email dev@throneforgeapp.com, your message and address are used only to handle your support request. They aren't added to marketing lists or combined with analytics.

Beta registration

Eligible supporters can register for the beta inside the app using Sign in with Apple. In that flow, your email is used only for the TestFlight invitation workflow - getting you onto the beta and nothing else.

Feedback surveys

If you choose to answer a feedback survey, your responses are used to improve the app.

Kept separate

Telemetry, support emails, beta registration, and survey feedback are handled as separate things for separate purposes. Throneforge doesn't merge them into a profile of you.
